The refund conditions
Check the purchase type first
Hiintly: refunds within 30 days for a completely unused purchased pack. Any usage makes that pack ineligible. Hiintly refund policy.
LockedIn AI: monthly and quarterly subscriptions are non-refundable once started. Annual plans can qualify for a partial refund within 7 days. Lifetime purchases can qualify for a full refund within 7 days only if no post-purchase session has started. Other exceptions and store-purchase rules apply. LockedIn refund policy.
